A receipt and confirmation email with an invite to the chat, phone call or video call will be sent to you via email by a repair consultant immediately after you check out and we process your payment.

Anticipate the chat, phone call or video call by checking your device settings to ensure you will notice communication come through.

If you only purchased a manual for your appliance. It will arrive to your email momentarily after your purchase is confirmed.

TEXT CHAT

After you have successfully checked out and accept the invite that was emailed to you for your Text Chat consultation.

Then you will be prompted to sign in or download the Google Chat app to enter the chatroom. There we will greet you and begin the consultation

PHONE CALL

After You have successfully checked out, your consultant will reach out to you through a phone call at the number you provided. Be on the lookout for the phone call to come through and disable any settings that would prevent unrecognized calls.

No downloads necessary for phone call consultations. Your consultant will reach out and after 3 unsuccessful attempts they will move to the chat section and try to set a better callback time with you.

VIDEO CALL

After you have successfully checked out and received the invite email. You will click the link in the invite.

Then you will prompted to sign in or download the Google Meet app to enter the video call room. There we will greet you and begin the consultation.
