    Have the consultant reach out to you via phone call. Text chat is included in this package to share pictures, videos and other resources.

A repair consultant will email you the receipt and confirmation, along with an invitation to participate in a chat, phone call, or video call, immediately after your purchase is complete and we process your payment.

Anticipate the chat, phone call, or video call by checking your device settings to ensure you will receive the communication.

If you only purchased the instruction manual for your appliance, you will receive it in your email immediately after your purchase is confirmed.

TEXT CHAT

After successfully completing the purchase process and accepting the email invitation for your text chat consultation.

Next, you'll be asked to sign in or download the Google Chat app to access the chat room. We'll welcome you there and begin the consultation.

PHONE CALL

Once you have completed the purchase process, your consultant will contact you by phone at the number you provided. Please be ready to answer the call and disable any settings that block unrecognized calls.

There's no need to download anything for phone consultations. Your consultant will contact you and, after three unsuccessful attempts, will move to the chat section to try to schedule a more convenient callback time.

VIDEO CALL

Once you have completed the purchase and received the invitation email, click on the link that appears in the invitation.

Next, you will be asked to sign in or download the Google Meet app to access the video call room. We will welcome you there and begin the consultation.
