How does this service work?
You can visit our website or download our app once it has been launched. From there you will enter the app/site and sign up and pay for membership and select your consultation option and check out. An appointment can be scheduled or you can choose to speak with someone as soon as possible and your request will be sent to any consultants online at that time to accept your request.
Once your request is accepted or scheduled by/with the consultant you will connect to your session via phone/tablet/computer and engage in communication of your choice - Chat, Phone call or Video call.
Throughout the chat you are encouraged to ask any questions you have about the appliance or system you are making the request about. If you need technical guidance the consultant will go step by step in the isolation process as well as share resources with you to make an educated decision on achieving a viable solution for you.
After the chat or call ends, a message box will remain open for a limited amount of time for any needed follow up communication.

These are verified professionals that have already completed several years in the field of their profession and currently offer their insight, advice and services through the platform to our clients.
How much will it cost to use this app/website?
My goal is to make this service more cost effective than initiating a request with a service company.
The app and website will be free to access however these are the current prices for services
Monthly membership-$25
Chat only-$10 each
Phone call-Chat included-$20 each
Video call-Chat included-$30 each
-You can also choose to tip your consultant if you were satisfied with their work.

What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
You will have the opportunity to cancel the service and receive a full refund if the consultant did not make contact with you.
Our consultant's time is very important (as is yours) so if you were connected to a consultant and they provided a solution or engaged with you, then a refund will not be eligible to be provided.
We will work with you at our discretion to provide return value back to you upon your dissatisfaction of the service.
Is someone coming to fix my problem?
Not physically from RepairForce. Our services provide virtual solutions through chat, phone or video calls.
If we conclude the service with the impression a physical repair is needed by a professional, we are happy to make recommendations and research what options are available to you in your local area.
Is this just for repairs?
Not necessarily, your communication with the consultant can help you diagnose, repair, maintain, install equipment, answer your general questions, find parts and tools, share resources, connect with the manufacturers find local repairmen and follow up with you on your service.
